Staminapp is a native iOS application that only accesses your Apple Health data directly on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your health information to any server. Your data remains completely private and under your control.
What data do we use?
Apple Health Data (Local Read-Only)
The application accesses the following Apple Health data directly on your device:
- Sleep records (stages, duration, quality)
- Heart rate
- Steps and physical activity
- Exercise time
Important: This data is processed locally on your iPhone using Swift. It never leaves your device or is sent to any external server.

Your data is protected by Apple Health's security architecture, which includes native iOS operating system encryption and built-in privacy controls.
🚫 No Servers, No Risks
Since we don't store any data on external servers, it's impossible for your health information to be hacked, sold, or shared. It simply doesn't exist outside your device.
✓ Total Control
You maintain absolute control of your data through Apple Health permissions. You can revoke the app's access at any time from iOS Settings.
How is your data used?
Your Apple Health data is processed locally on your device to:

- ✓Calculate wellness metrics using algorithms executed locally
Important: All processing happens on your iPhone. We do not send, store, or share any data with external servers or third parties.
Application Permissions
Staminapp only requests permission to access Apple Health for the sole purpose of reading your health metrics and displaying them in the application.
Requested permissions:
- Read sleep data
- Read heart rate
- Read steps and activity
- Read workouts
You can manage or revoke these permissions at any time from Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.
Your Control and Rights
Since all your data remains on your device, you have total control:
- Revoke the app's access to Apple Health at any time
- Delete the application without leaving any trace of data on external servers
- Manage which specific metrics the app can read from Apple Health
- Export your data directly from Apple Health (not from our app)
Your health data is under your exclusive ownership and control through Apple Health.
Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to update this privacy policy. Any changes will be notified through an application update and posted on this page.
