Purpose

Staminapp is a personal health data analysis tool designed to help you understand your sleep, energy, and recovery patterns.

Allowed Use

• Personal and non-commercial use
• Analysis of your own health data
• Sharing insights with healthcare professionals (optional)

Prohibited Use

• Uploading third-party health data without their consent
• Using the service for medical diagnoses
• Reverse engineering or attempts to access internal systems
• Distributing or reselling the service

Your data is yours. By using Staminapp:

• You retain all rights to your health data
• You can export or delete your data at any time
• You grant us limited license to process your data solely to generate your analyses
• We may use aggregated and anonymous data to improve the service

Staminapp processes data from Apple Health. The accuracy of our analyses depends on:

• The quality of data collected by your device (Apple Watch, iPhone)
• Consistency in using your device
• Correct device configuration

We do not guarantee absolute accuracy of analyses. Results are estimates based on algorithms.

We strive to keep Staminapp available 24/7, but:

• We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability
• We are not responsible for losses due to downtime
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service

When creating an account with Google Sign-In:

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account
• Do not share your access with third parties
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not responsible for decisions made based on our analyses
• We do not guarantee specific health or wellness results
• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service (if applicable)

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Important changes will be notified through:

• In-app notification
• Email (if you have an account)
• Update of the "Last updated" date above

Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

You can stop using Staminapp at any time:

• Simply stop using the service
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Revoke Google Sign-In access

We may terminate your access if you violate these terms, with or without prior notice.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of your jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in competent courts.
