Your data never leaves your device
Frequently Asked Questions
What Apple Health data does Staminapp use?
Staminapp accesses your sleep data, heart rate, steps, physical activity, and exercises directly from Apple Health. All this data is processed locally on your iPhone and never leaves your device.
Does my data leave my iPhone?
No. Staminapp is a native iOS application developed in Swift that processes all your information locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or send any data to external servers.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. Since all information remains on your iPhone under Apple Health's protection, your data is completely secure. There are no servers that can be hacked or risk of leaks. You maintain total control through iOS permissions.
How many days of data do I need in Apple Health?
To obtain accurate analyses of your sleep, energy, and recovery patterns, we recommend having at least 30 days of data synced in Apple Health from your Apple Watch or other compatible devices.
How do I manage the app's permissions?
You can manage what data Staminapp can read from Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Staminapp. From there you can enable or disable access to specific metrics at any time.
Does it work with Android devices?
No, Staminapp is exclusive to iOS as it is specifically designed to integrate with Apple Health. There are currently no plans for an Android version.
How much does Staminapp cost?
Staminapp is available on the App Store. Join our waitlist to be among the first to access when we launch and receive information about pricing and plans.
Can I delete my data?
Since we don't store any of your data on external servers, you can simply revoke permissions from iOS Settings or uninstall the app. There will be no trace of your information in our systems because it was never there.
